Women’s Ministry
Women’s events are organised by our “Women to Women” Organising Committee, incorporating women from a range of ages and services.
The focus of the committee is to see women at St Faiths, growing in their faith, building one another up in Christ, caring for one another, and reaching out to women in the community with the gospel of Christ.
With these goals in mind, the committee organises a variety of events throughout the year - some more geared to Christians and their particular needs; and some geared to presenting the gospel to those who have not yet made a commitment to Jesus Christ.
Topics addressed at events last year included “Women in the Persecuted Church”, “Sex and Marriage”, “Depression”, and “Forgiveness”. We also enjoyed a Coffee and Dessert evening on the topic of “A Christian Perspective to Guilt”.
We are again looking forward to Katoomba Women’s Convention in September, and our Christmas event in November.
